PINE BLUFF, AR -- A woman who was facing capital murder charges for shooting and killing her co-worker last summer while on the job has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.

Lillie Wilson pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and was sentenced to 30 years in prison.

Wilson is responsible for the shooting death of Latange Long at Central Maloney in Pine Bluff.

Wilson told investigators she shot Long because she was bullying and taunting her at work.

She must serve 70 percent of her sentence, or 21 years, before she can be eligible for parole.
