LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Green seems to be the color scheme here at Lucky's.  Little Rock police say money, not just web surfing, kept visitors coming.

"If you walked in the business, it looked one way walking in but when you got to the back of the room you could see signs that encouraged you to gamble," said Lt. Terry Hastings.

In a September 8th raid, Little Rock detectives confiscated several computers, giving them tons of data to go through.  It resulted in the arrests of Cameron Davis and Martin Larsen of North Carolina.  Police issued the store's attorney a warrant, too.

"An operation like this can go on for years and we'll slowly figure out who's involved and their level of involvement," said Lt. Hastings.

Hastings says folks would purchase minutes on a card to use the internet but then go to a gambling site and cash out the money later.

"I'm sure that they have other operations in other states and we'll pass this information along to any of the agencies in those locations," said Hastings.

An attorney who represents the software Lucky's used says nothing is illegal about the games. He says it's just a sweepstakes and compares it to McDonald's Monopoly.

"They try to skirt the law by what they do, but it is illegal in Arkansas and you can't do that," said Lt. Hastings.
