BRYANT, AR -- Wayne Price, owner of Wayne's World, faces charges of indecent exposure and harrassment.

It's not the advertisement he wanted.

"There's no parent in their right mind after this will let their teenage daughter or themselves come in here," said Price.

A customer told Bryant police she went to Wayne's World twice to get her cell phone fixed.  Each time, she claims Price made sexual advances.  Once, she says he pulled down his pants in front of her.

Price tells a different story.

"She said 'If you don't give me that iPhone 4, I'm going to the cops' and I said you need to do what you need to do," said Price.

Price said the female customer came in frustrated that her cell phone didn't work. She demanded Price fix it in twenty minutes, but he told it would take longer than that.

"It just frustrates me that someone can do what they've done and expect it to go away," said Price.

The customer says she went to Bryant police after Price grabbed her breast and then told her she could get a new phone if she performed a sex act.

"From my understanding there's more to come from this and as it becomes available to me, I'll share it with you," said Captain Phillip Newcomb with the Bryant Police Department.

Price said as a result of the strong accusations, the doors swings open less frequently. People, particularly women, refuse to shop at his store.

Now his marriage is in jeopardy.

"I know I'll be able to prove my innocence in court, but it's not going to bring back my business that I will lose on account of this," said Price.

Price and his accuser must appear for a district court judge in November.

I personally know Price and I'm willing to bet it happened just the way the lady said. His actions has always been beyond words.

Savey, I agree and I'd like to know what Felony did he commit because they are always telling me that according to law you have to commit a Felony before they can arrest you, they have to witness any misdemeanor or you have to swear out a warrant. Seems Arkansas law enforcement picks and chooses who they will protect.

You better cover your butt with every available thing there is. My question is why would she go back if he did what she said?Talk to other customers and see if there is any thing out of the ordinary with their dealings with him.

Police should do a better job of investigating before they rush to arrest and then the news media runs the story and ruin a mans life. I don't know if he is guilty or not but I do know that the police LOVE to rush in an arrest like this........and they love the news media running the story.

Every business owner can't afford a security system. But then again I guess you can't afford not to.

If he didn't do this, she should pay the price. It is unfortunate that women have that to hang over a mans head
