LITTLE ROCK, AR-- A family-fun event aimed at bringing communities together is how planners showcased the Great War Memorial Balloon race.
Although the main feature focused on the balloons, there were other ways the family could splash around.
"In addition to the balloons, we have a lot of food vendors, items for the children, fishing derby, bounce house, and other entertainment," said John Fournier.
