Suspect Wanted in Sherwood Stabbing Turns Himself In

SHERWOOD, AR - The suspect wanted by Sherwood Police has turned himself in. 

Police say that around 5:45 p.m. Friday, Jevon Tyrell Shearer, 18, turned himself in at the Sherwood Police Department with the aid of an attorney. 

Shearer faces felony battery charges for allegedly stabbing three adults during a fight at Lake Cherrywood Park on Aug. 12.

SHERWOOD, AR - Police have released photos of a suspect who has arrest warrants for a stabbing incident earlier this month.

Jevon Tyrell Shearer, 18, faces felony battery charges for allegedly stabbing three adults during a fight at Lake Cherrywood Park on Aug. 12.

Police say Shearer should be considered armed and dangerous.

He is 5'9" tall and weighs about 150 pounds.

The stabbing victims were treated for their injuries and have since been released from the hospital. Shearer currently has two active warrants for 1st degree Battery (Felony) and one active warrant for 2nd degree Battery (Felony).
