Original Story:

FAULKNER COUNTY, AR -- A circuit judge is under investigation over derogatory posts he's accused of making online.
It all has to do with alleged postings on a website called TigerDroppings.com, a site for fans of LSU sports.

According to the left-leaning news site Blue Hog Report, Faulkner County circuit judge Mike Maggio was posing under the handle geauxjudge.
Blue Hog Report has put up pictures of posts it says Maggio made containing crude sexual and demeaning comments about women.
Another post lists details of a celebrity's adoption that are supposed to be confidential.

Tuesday, the Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission issued a statement confirming its investigation into the matter and saying, in part, "the judge will have full due process rights during our litigation of this matter."

According to an email received by our content partner, The Arkansas Times, Maggio denied knowledge of any complaint against him, but said he couldn't respond if there was one.
Maggio, who is a current candidate for the Arkansas Court of Appeals, did not return emails or phone calls Tuesday seeking comment.
