BRADFORD, AR -- An investigation into a White County policeman is being conducted after video surfaced showing the uniformed officer at what appears to be a party.

The undated video is causing some concern in the small town of Bradford over the way officers conduct themselves while in uniform.

The video shows a Bradford Police officer at a gathering where it appears people are drinking alcohol.

As music blares in the background, the officer takes handcuffs off one man and puts them on another waiting with his hands already behind his back.

Bradford Police Chief Claude Money says he learned about the video last Monday and is conducting a full investigation into what was taking place.

In the meantime, both he and Bradford Mayor Arthur Dunn declined to comment on specifics of the case, only saying the officer pictured has not been suspended.

The officials would not say whether the officer was in fact on duty when the video was taken.
Some Bradford residents we spoke to off camera expressed concern over what the video shows.

The police chief says he expects the investigation to wrap up by the end of the week.
