Cleveland, OH (Sports Network) - The Cleveland Cavaliers have waived three players, including former collegiate standouts Micheal Eric and Kevin Jones, to reach the roster limit of 15 for the start of the 2012-13 season.

Eric, a 6-11 forward/center from Temple, played in two preseason games for the Cavs, while Jones, a 6-8 forward from West Virginia, averaged 2.5 rebounds in two preseason games.

The Cavs also waived guard D'Aundray Brown, a Cleveland State product who was signed just two days ago.
