Recap: Oklahoma City vs. Phoenix

Tulsa, OK (Sports Network) - Kevin Durant scored a game-high 22 points to lead the Oklahoma City Thunder past the Phoenix Suns, 107-97, in preseason action on Friday.

Russell Westbrook added 18 points and 12 assists, while Serge Ibaka finished with 13 points and eight rebounds for the Thunder.

Cole Aldrich contributed 12 points and six boards in the win.

Wesley Johnson paced the Suns with 15 points, PJ Tucker finished with 11 and Solomon Jones had 10 as no Phoenix starter recorded double digits.

The Suns trailed 82-75 entering the fourth quarter and opened the frame with a 10-3 run to cut their deficit to 88-85.

But they would get no closer as Oklahoma City countered with a 12-2 spurt to stretch its lead to 100-87 with just over four minutes left and held at least a nine-point edge for the remainder of the contest.
