Things looked good when Mook Miller and Kyle Billingsley took the stage Thursday at the Bassmaster College Series National Championships.

The pair caught 5 fish weighing 9.2 lbs, bringing their overall total to 14.8, good enough for 2nd place at the time.

Then came the wait.

Dozens of other anglers displayed their catches, but at the end of the day, the Little Rock Catholic grads held on to the 5th and final spot.

The Razorbacks join Oklahoma State, Alabama, Murray State, and Auburn in the finals.

All previous scores are wiped, so the teams will all start with clean slates Friday at Hurricane Lake.
