I believe that everyone should have their opinion in this, but it sounds to me as if Amberjack and Dillgaf don't care what their tax money pays for and don't care that he lied and tried very hard to cover it up. I still don't want him representing me or taking my tax money to support his "inappropriate relationships."

I do not think firing Petrino is the answer, Yes- hit him in the pocketbook but overall he is a winning coach and has brought in a ton of money to the U of A Athletic program and these things have a way of blowing over. Hate it this happened but it is not the end of the world, we need to move on.

You have to look at it from a dollars and cents aspect. Will this affect recruits, scholarships, tuition income, football attendances, the football players, etc. I say it will not. I do not think he should resign, nor do I think Long will fire him.

First and foremost, I am a life-long HOG fan. Arkansas taxpayers need to demand that Coach Petrino submit his resignation for the following reasons. He lied!(fact) He tried to cover his lie up BIGTIME! (fact) and finally, IF he was having an "inappropriate relationship" with Jessica (not fact yet), then it was at taxpayers expense. He hired her to a job paying $55,000/year (fact). Having an "inappropriate relationship" with her is not just between TWO ADULTS when it is using our taxpayer money to fund her position. And this position puts her at his beck and call--in otherwords, YOU and I are paying for his high priced CALL GIRL and every romantic getaway that they take together for "recruitment" purposes.

Simple he LIED.
