MONTICELLO, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas-Monticello women's basketball coach Tanya Ray is holding an open tryout next week.

Officials announced Monday that current and prospective Arkansas-Monticello students are eligible to participate in the tryout from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on April 25. Those who try out must provide proof that they've undergone a physical examination that is no older than six months from the date of the tryout.

Officials say to participate, current students must be enrolled full-time and in good academic standing, and prospective students must be high school seniors or junior college players.

In order to be considered, participants' current playing season must be completed.
