Arkansas, the No. 2 seed in the regional, opens play in the NCAA Tournament on Friday at 1 p.m. as it faces No. 3 seed Sam Houston State. The other first round game features No. 1 seed Rice and No. 4 seed Prairie View A&M on Friday at 6 p.m.
Winner’s bracket games will be played at 6 p.m. each day, while the loser’s bracket games will be at 1 p.m. The first regional championship game will be held at 6 p.m. on Sunday, while an “if necessary” regional final will be Monday at 6 p.m.
