FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas coach Bobby Petrino is expected announce this year's recruiting class during a 4 p.m. news conference.
But the Razorbacks missed out on one of their biggest targets early Wednesday morning when Springfield (Mo.) Hillcrest wide receiver Dorian Green-Beckham announced he was signing with Missouri.
Arkansas was ranked No. 5 to end last season, finishing 11-2 and winning the Cotton Bowl over Kansas State.
The Razorbacks have won 21 games over the past two seasons, but they must replace top receivers Jarius Wright, Joe Adams and Greg Childs. The three combined for 141 catches and 2009 yards receiving last season.
