BEAUMONT, Texas (AP) — Nathan Dick threw three touchdown passes on Saturday to lead Central Arkansas to a 38-24 victory over Lamar.

Jestin Love's 31-yard interception return with 2:07 left sealed the win for the Bears (5-3, 4-1 Southland).

Andre Bevil's touchdown passes to Payden McVey and Marcus Jackson gave the Cardinals (3-4, 1-2) a quick 14-0 lead. But by halftime, it was 17-17 thanks to Jackie Hinton's 1-yard scoring run and Dick's 51-yard touchdown strike to Terence Bobo, which tied it with 1:37 left in the half.

Jesse Grandy hauled in a 12-yard pass from Dick to give the Bears the lead, but Jeremy Johnson's 55-yard run evened it again for Lamar at 24-24. Dick's 35-yard TD pass to Al Lasker late in the third quarter put Central Arkansas ahead for good.
