LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Austin Allen's 2-point conversion pass to Tyler Tuck in overtime lifted Fayetteville to a 29-28 win over Bentonville in the Class 7A state championship game.

The title is the first since 2007 for the Bulldogs (12-2), who lost in last year's championship game to the Tigers. The loss snaps Bentonville's (12-1) 25-game winning streak.

Allen passed for 276 yards and four touchdowns as Fayetteville rallied from a 21-7 fourth-quarter deficit. The junior tied the game at 21-21 with a 17-yard touchdown pass to Tuck.

Fayetteville's Max Coffin missed a go-ahead 40-yard field goal attempt with 27.3 seconds left, and the Tigers took a 28-21 lead on their first overtime possession.

Allen found Reid Homes for a 3-yard touchdown pass on fourth down, and then connected with Tuck for the conversion.
