Fearless 40: North Little Rock

The North Little Rock Charging Wildcats are hoping to end the drought for central Arkansas teams by making the 7A State Championship Game.
LITTLE ROCK, AR - The North Little Rock Charging Wildcats start the season ranked number two in the FearlessFriday/Fox16 preseason poll.  The Charging Wildcats made it to the 7A semi finals last season, losing to the eventual champions from Fayetteville.

The Charging Wildcats lost a lot from last year's team, but head coach Brad Bolding likes the talent of the newcomers, plus he has some experienced players like Razorback commit Juan Day.

Bolding also likes his senior class.  He says they are a very close group.

North Little Rock returns both quarterbacks and three year starters at fullback and one on the offensive line.  Bolding also says he has the best receivers he's ever had.  And the offensive line should be a strength.  Bolding believes the line is bigger and better.

The Charging Wildcats may also have a surprise for some defenses.  Bolding says they'll do some different things on offense that could create some issues for opposing defenses.
