Former coach Eddie Sutton inducted into hall

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Former Arkansas and Oklahoma State basketball coach Eddie Sutton has been inducted into the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame.

Sutton and seven others were inducted during a ceremony Sunday night in Kansas City, Mo.

Sutton's 804 career wins rank eighth all-time. He also coached at Creighton and Kentucky and led each of the four teams he coached to an NCAA Final Four appearance.

The others inducted are former coach Bob Knight, players James Worthy, Chris Mullen, Cazzie Russell and Ralph Sampson and contributors Eddie Einhorn and Joe Vancisin.
