I have a Webster's New World Dictionary, College Edition, 1953, and a Merriam Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, 1993; and it's in both of them. It's also in my Microsoft Works Word Processor dictionary look up. Maybe you do need to "update" your dictionary.

No, we don't know everything about this; but we do know he received a ticket, and didn't show up for court. Regardless of any stress in his life last May, he's had all summer to take care of it. I had 'em come get me once in the mid '80's for court costs in a bogus civil case. They spent more money on man hours than the court costs were worth; so yes, they will come after you for a speeding ticket. Mayhaps he thought being a Razorback football player would "excuse" him from justice. Just an opinion.

Hey, if that's worst he's ever done, then I'd say he's okay. At least he wasn't dealing drugs or stuff like that.

No need to call someone a thug. He missed a date, probably stress from the game, lost his mother etc. YOU don't know what is in his life. We need to give our Razorbacks support not smack talk. Why would you deliberately not pay a ticket. Heck, I forget stuff all the time. Stress can take over your life. Something is fishy about picking up someone over a speeding ticket. Sounds like they want this to hit the news.
