LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Will Neighbour scored 17 points and Arkansas-Little Rock closed the game on a 15-2 run to defeat Milwaukee 59-43 Monday night in a game that was part of the Hoops for Hope Classic.

Leroy Isler added 13 points for the Trojans (2-2), who shot 51 percent from the floor.

Demetrius Harris led Milwaukee (2-2) with 15 points. Jordan Aaron and Austin Arians added 13 each for the Panthers, who shot 33 percent from the field, made just 4 of 10 free throws and committed 19 turnovers.

The game was tied at 32-all early in the second half and Milwaukee was still within 44-41 with 5 minutes left. But Neighbour scored five straight points during the final surge to push the Trojans' lead to double digits.
