FAYETTEVILLE, AR - Tickets for the University of Arkansas softball 2012 season go sale today and will be available for purchase through Feb. 3, 2012. Tickets can be purchased through the Razorback Ticket Office or online at ArkansasRazorbacks.com.
The Razorbacks’ 2012 schedule features 29 home games including two doubleheaders and five series against Southeastern Conference opponents. The team opens its season hosting two non-conference tournaments, the Arkansas Softball Invitational and the Woo Pig Classic.
The 2011 season included victories over the number one UCLA Bruins in the Louisville Slugger Desert Classic and a solid conference win over the third-ranked Georgia Bulldogs. The Razorbacks return 12 letter-winners and add 12 newcomers including 10 freshman and two transfers.
Mike Larabee enters his third season as head coach of the Razorbacks.
