SAN MARCOS, Texas (AP) — Brooks Ybarra scored 21 points Wednesday night, making 5 of 6 3-point attempts, and Texas State never trailed in routing Central Arkansas 94-63, snapping a six-game losing streak.

Travis Jones had 16 points and 11 rebounds for the Bobcats (9-14, 2-8 Southland) and Eddie Rios contributed 12 points.

Jarvis Garner led Central Arkansas (7-15, 2-8) with 18 points and 15 rebounds, but the Bears lost their sixth in a row. Robert Crawford added 12 points for Central Arkansas.

Texas State led 47-32 at halftime and outscored the Bears 47-31 in the second half. The Bobcats led by as many as 36 points.
