Travs catcher taken away in ambulance after home plate collision

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR – Arkansas Travelers Catcher Alberto Rosario was taken away in an ambulance after a home plate collision during a game Thursday night at Dickey-Stephens Park.

Rosario was strapped down onto a stretcher and taken to UAMS. According to the team’s twitter feed, all tests for Rosario came back negative and he was regaining his muscle strength.

The play at home plate was between Rosario and Jacob Goebbert with the Corpus Christi Hooks.
