New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - The NBA fined Indiana Pacers forward Paul George $25,000 on Tuesday for publicly criticizing the officiating in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference finals.

George made his comments in a postgame press conference following the Pacers' 102-90 loss to the Miami Heat on Monday. He said the Heat won the game at the free-throw line.

Miami went 30-of-34 from the foul line, while Indiana was 11-of-17.

George answered a question about the free throw disparity.

"What do you think?" he said. "I mean, you can't tell me we don't attack the basket as much as they attack the basket. You can't tell me we're not aggressive. Maybe we're too aggressive. But I feel like we're just as aggressive as they are attacking the basket and making plays at the rim. Maybe this was just home cooking."

Miami leads the best-of-seven series 3-1 and can advance to the NBA Finals for the fourth straight year with a win in Indianapolis on Wednesday night.
