LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Two murder suspects have been ordered held on $1 million bond each.

Tracy Trevor Bailey, Jr., 18, and Tracy T. Brown, 17, both pleaded not guilty this morning in Little Rock District Court. The judge also ordered that if either one of them makes bond, they must wear an ankle bracelet while awaiting trial.

Bailey and Brown, who turned themselves in to police separately, are charged with capital murder and two counts of a terroristic act in a Friday night shooting at 7414 Mabelvale Pike.

That's where Thomas Gilbert, 31, was killed and Terrence Brison, 31, was wounded in the back and arm. His injuries were not believed to be life threatening.

Investigators say Brison and Gilbert were sitting in a car when they were shot.
