LOS ANGELES -- Five Arkansans advanced to Hollywood on the premiere episodes of the 13th season of American Idol.

North Little Rock's Terrica Curry and Wrightsville resident Malcolm Allen received golden tickets on Wednesday that send them to the next round.

On Thursday evening, Bauxite's Spencer Lloyd and Higginson's Eric Wood found out they'd also be advancing.

Although not featured on the show, Devin Robertson from Little Rock also made it to Hollywood. We'll have Robertson on Good Day on Monday, so be sure to tune in from 7 to 9 a.m.

Arkansans have quite the history of success on Idol.  Little Rock native Charlie Askew made the top 12 of season 12, and Kris Allen won season 8 of Idol.
