Baxter Co. Man Accused of Causing $25,000 in Damage to Business

BAXTER COUNTY, AR - A Gassville man is behind bars after being accused of causing significant damage to company-owned vehicles at a Mountain Home business.

Randy Dwayne Dilbeck, 51, is charged in a March 16 incident at Mountain Home Concrete that left more than $25,000 in damage.

The Baxter County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) says 17 dump truck tires were cut, 58 dump truck windshields were damaged, and 6 tires on pickup trucks were cut, along with other damage.  

Dilbeck was developed as a suspect after deputies watched security camera video and he was arrested Monday night.

He is charged with Criminal Mischief in the First Degree and Habitual Offender, both felonies.

Dilbeck is being held on $50,000 bond and is expected to appear in Circuit Court to answer the charges on Thursday.
