LITTLE ROCK, AR - Freezing rain moving through Central Arkansas is making for a very slippery morning rush hour.

As of 7 a.m., the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department's road conditions map (click here) showed ice patches on major roads stretching from Hot Springs north through Little Rock and almost to Conway.

That was also the case down south to Arkadelphia and up north from Batesville to Paragould, as well as around Fort Smith and Fayetteville.

Via its Facebook page, Central Arkansas Traffic was reporting accidents on I-30 from Malvern into Little Rock and on I-40 near Levy and around Conway and in downtown Little Rock, where a tractor trailer rig (see photo) that flipped near the I-30 Cantrell Rd. exit ramp was blocking traffic.
