Thousands Across State Without Power Due to Friday Storms

Entergy crews are working to restore power to 10,700 customers, most of the outages are in Pulaski County.

LITTLE ROCK, AR --(Updated at 10:45 a.m.) On Saturday morning more than 10,000 people across the state remain without power following the storms that moved through the state Friday afternoon.

According to the Entergy website, most of those outages are in Pulaski County.

Entergy says restoration efforts are underway and they expect many customers will be restored by late Saturday night or sooner.

Some customers in the most heavily damaged areas will be restored by noon Sunday.

Entergy says the estimated time of restoration could change as all damage assessments are completed.
