Little Rock Police Investigating Shots Fired After Argument

It happened around 1:00 p.m., no one was injured, a car was hit, and several people are being questioned.

LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Little Rock police are investigating an argument that led to shots being fired downtown.

No one was injured, but police say a vehicle was struck.

It happened near 17th and Main shortly before 1:00 p.m.

Police say it started with an exchange of words between several people.

After firing a gun, police say the person drove away.

Police made a traffic stop a couple of blocks.

A weapon was recovered, and all allegedly involved parties were transported to the detective offices, according to a spokesperson for the LRPD.

He expects assault charges to be filed.

So far, no names have been released.
