Long Road Ahead for Three Year Old Injured by Falling Concrete

According to family, Brayden Bohac was hurt last week after a piece of a wall fell on to his foot.
Little Rock, AR - A toddler has been released from Arkansas Children's Hospital after a concrete piece of a wall falls off and nearly cuts his foot in half.

Last week, according to his mother, three year old Brayden Bohac and his family were walking back to their room at the Capri Inn in Benton, when a concrete part of the wall fell off and hit Brayden's foot.  The toddler has had three surgeries at ACH, but was released this week.  His mother tells us he will have to wear a cast for about two months and will have weekly appointments at the hospital.

The motel owner has not accepted blame for the accident, but said he has turned a claim into his insurance company.

The city of Bryant's code enforcement will be at the motel Tuesday to check the building's safety.
