Red Cross To Assist Arkansans First Thing Monday Morning

They are receiving a number of calls for assistance and working to get a final figure.
LITTLE ROCK, AR- The American Red Cross reports a number of phone calls coming in.

Officials say they are still trying to get a count of how many people need help.

Due to some highway and road closures, they are not making it out to specific areas Sunday night, as they want to let emergency crews work to help people get to safety.

Red Cross officials say they will roll out in the morning to assist those who need help and shelter.

There are a couple of shelters in Vilonia, but at this time, they don't know if they are still standing.

They recommend folks download the Red Cross Tornado app.
