CTT Manager
Responsible for the management of Career Technical Training (CTT) including Work Based Learning (WBL) and the Grad-90 Program. Ensures quality programming that provides students with industry-recognized training and credentials. Provides transitional support and placement services leading to quality full-time jobs, higher education, military or advanced training. Identifies and develops Center-beneficial partnerships that lead to student benefit and success. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school required. Master’s degree from an accredited school preferred. A minimum of two years experience in program management and direction. Substantial experience working with youth. Prefer Job Corps or related program experience.

Deputy Center Director
Responsible to provide overall management to assigned functions. Ensures students achieve educational and industry-recognized training leading to full-time jobs, higher education or advanced training. Provides students with comprehensive and individualized case management that ensures student progress, retention and completion of the Job Corps program. Acts as a liaison between Center and DOL Offices regarding Center activities and contract compliance. Responds to Company and DOL requests in a timely and professional manner. Property Officer
Responsible for the receipt, distribution and management of all Center property.

Associate Arts Degree from an accredited college required. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college preferred. Experience with Federal Government property and inventory requirements, warehousing and inventory control preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements. Requires computer literacy in word processing and Microsoft Suite of applications. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Is an active member of the Center’s HEALs Committee and supports the coordination and management of the extended training day program.

Summary
The Fingerprint Technician is responsible for processing, classifying and verifying fingerprints through the Arkansas Crime Information Center (ACIC). This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.

Typical Functions
Processes fingerprint cards by entering the information into the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) and checks cards in ACIC for SID number and/or criminal records. Identifies and classifies fingerprints by searching files or classifying prints by numerical value and requesting identification through the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and returns illegible fingerprint cards to requestor. Maintains state and criminal fingerprint files and researches files for identification or verification, as requested by various criminal justice agencies and employers. Enters and retrieves fingerprint information and transmits messages electronically to law enforcement agencies. May fingerprint individuals for the purpose of identification, criminal history, and job application. Performs other duties as assigned. 

Salary Range:     $24,065.00 - $40,363.00 per year
