Two Johnson County Teenagers Injured in 4-Wheeler Accident

Both were airlifted by separate helicopters to Arkansas Children's Hospital.
JOHNSON COUNTY, AR - Two teenagers from Johnson County were injured on Tuesday evening when a 4-wheeler they were riding flipped over.

The teens, both males, age 13 and 14 were attempting to climb a levee in the Hartman bottoms when the 4-wheeler flipped over on them near the top of the levee.

Deputies and first responders from RFD 4 and the Coal Hill Fire Department responded to the accident scene.

Both teens were airlifted by separate helicopters to Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock with broken bones and possible internal injuries.
