Dale Dawkins speaks at 20th Annual Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 Luncheon

Founder of Bridge2Rwanda Invited as Guest Speaker.
LITTLE ROCK, AR -A Little Rock man responsible for bridging a gap between Arkansas and Rwanda, took center stage at a luncheon held in the Capitol City on Friday.

The Keynote speaker for this year's Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 luncheon is CEO and founder of Bridge2Rwanda Dale Dawson, who shared his experiences under the luncheon's tag-line, "From Success to Significance."

Dawson, who retired from investment banking, started his non-profit organization after a mission trip experience he encountered in the sovereign state of East Africa. Its goal is to offer top students from Rwanda, the opportunity to study in the top universities in Arkansas and across the country and create a generation of well-educated, entrepreneurial and servant leaders in Rwanda.

In addition to founding Bridge2Rwanda, he also founded Isoko Institute for Entrepreneurship and Strong Societies in Africa. He serves on Rwandan President Paul Kagame's Presidential Advisory Council.

Arkansas Business honors young professionals at their annual luncheon, in the worlds of Arkansas business, non-profit and government.
