LITTLE ROCK, AR -- A central Arkansas man says not enough is being done to prosecute the murder of his brothers.

Robert Williams says he witnessed his two brothers get shot in Saline County.

"He just walked right up and we thought he was going to talk to us," Williams said. "He walked up around the trail and pointed the gun and said, 'Which one of y'all want to die first?' And pow."

The incident happened in October, killing Donnie and Michael Williams.

Robert says the man accused of the crime appeared out of the woods while they were riding ATVs.

Deputies arrested Clinton Spann in connection with the crime, but Robert and other family members want more done by the attorney assigned to the case.

"She keeps telling everyone she talks to a different story," Williams said. "She tells my sister-in-law one story, and she tells us one story. We don't know what to believe."

As each day goes by, Robert hopes time will heal the emotional scars.

"I still ain't got over it. It's hard to sleep at night," Roberts said.

We did reach out to the prosecutors office today, but did not get an answer because of the holiday.

However, FOX16 will follow up Tuesday to get their side of what has been happening.
