LITTLE ROCK, AR -- An app led to the apprehension of two men, according to Little Rock Police.

On Monday, the Little Rock Police responded to a burglary on St. Charles Court after a woman came home just before 5 p.m. to her door kicked in.

Upon arrival, the homeowners advised the officer that three flat screen TVs, a Dell laptop, an Apple laptop and an Apple iPad II were stolen.

The iPad had the "Find My iPhone" application installed, so law enforcement advised the residents to contact the police if they were able to track it.

Then another man, later identified as Malcolm Farrelly, exited the car Williams had attempted to get into earlier and also fled on foot.

After a short foot pursuit, the two were apprehended and taken into custody. Officers found a small bag of marijuana as well as $690 and two bolts, which were later found to have been taken from the 60-inch TV stolen from the residence.

Both subjects were transferred to the Northwest Detective Division but declined to provide statements.

Williams was transported to UAMS after complaining of pain in his wrist.

Farrelly has been cahrged with residential burglary, felony theft of property and fleeing.

Williams faces the same charges but with an added charge of possession of marijuana.
