Malzahn Gives Fans A Sneak Peak

Scrimmage serves as preview for the future of ASU football under Malzahn
The Gus Bus went for a test drive Saturday in Jonesboro.

Initial impressions seem to be positive.

Quarterback Ryan Aplin threw for over 300 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Running Back Michael Dyer caught passes out of the backfield and shook defenders out of their shoes to the tune of 100 total yards.

These are the type of numbers fans expect when you mention the name Malzahn.

There's still some work to be done, Malzahn mentioned he wants his team to do a better job of protecting the football, and no word yet on Dyer's eligibility for the 2012 season, but you could see the current group of Red Wolves and their new coach are a perfect match.
