Memphis Man Killed in Malvern Car Crash

State troopers say a vehicle exiting I-30 struck a parked tractor trailer rig Wednesday morning.
MALVERN, AR - A Memphis man has been killed in a one-car crash in Malvern.

It happened just before 8:30 Wednesday morning on the exit ramp of a rest stop along Interstate 30.

An accident report from the Arkansas State Police (ASP) identifies the victim as Ori Hall, 20.

He was a passenger in a 2010 Dodge that struck a parked tractor trailer rig on the exit ramp of a rest stop.

The driver, Shanice Briggs, 22, also of Memphis, was injured, along with another passenger, Bria Horton, 18, of Memphis. There's no word on their conditions.

The ASP report says Briggs took the exit "at a high rate of speed."
