Renton, WA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Seattle Seahawks held wide receiver Percy Harvin out of Wednesday's practice as the team continues to monitor a concussion he received in the NFC Divisional Playoffs.

Harvin hit the turf hard when attempting to make a touchdown catch late in the second quarter of last Saturday's 23-15 win over New Orleans and did not return. The oft-injured wideout is still awaiting medical clearance, leaving his status for Sunday's NFC Championship Game against San Francisco currently in question.

Last week's game was only Harvin's second since being acquired from Seattle from the Minnesota Vikings during the offseason. He underwent arthroscopic surgery in August and missed the Seahawks' first 10 contests before facing his former team on Nov. 17. Harvin was then held out for the remainder of the regular season after experiencing swelling and stiffness in his hip.

The fifth-year pro caught three passes for 21 yards prior to exiting Saturday's win.

Marshawn Lynch, who rushed for 140 yards and two touchdowns against the Saints, also did not take part in Wednesday's session due to rest purposes.

Linebacker K.J. Wright, out since Dec. 8 with a fractured bone in his foot, was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
