HOT SPRINGS, AR -- The man accused of killing his girlfriend nearly two years ago is scheduled to appear in court Monday morning for a preliminary hearing.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Kevin Duck will go before a judge at 8:30 a.m.
Kevin Duck was returned from Colorado last week after being arrested in late November.
Duck is accused of killing his girlfriend at the time, police dispatcher Dawna Natzke in Hot Springs Village in 2011.
Her allegedly burned out her car, and later her body were found in nearby woods.
Duck faces first-degree murder charges.
