Three House Fires in Benton County, One Injured

Blazes broke out in Rogers and Bella Vista.

BENTON COUNTY, AR - Three house fires early this morning left homes damaged and one person injured.

The first blaze broke out around 1 a.m. at 110 East Allen St. in Rogers

Firefighters say there were two people inside the home, and one of them was flown to a Springfield, Missouri hospital with burns to over 25 percent of his body.

The cause is still under investigation but investigators believe it might have started with an electrical outlet.

Firefighters also say there were no smoke alarms in the home.

Family escapes safely
The second fire was also in Rogers. It was reported just after 5 a.m. at 1718 North Levi Lane.

Firefighters say a family safely escaped the blaze that started because of a fire in the fireplace on the left side of the home and spread to a wall, floor and crawlspace. 

According to firefighters, smoke detectors in the home alerted the parents and three children of the fire and all were able to get out. 

A crew of 18 firefighters worked to put out the flames.

Another family escapes
The third blaze was reported around 5:30 in Bella Vista in the 8200 block of East McNelly Rd.

Officials said everyone inside the home made it out safely.
