BRYANT, AR - A third suspect has been arrested in the Wednesday morning robbery of a woman inside her home.
The Bryant Police Department (BPD) says its investigators learned Wednesday night that Tommy Lee Gire, 20, of Bryant, may have been involved.
The BPD says after questioning Gire on his involvement, he admitted to providing two juveniles with the gun in order to commit the robbery of the 82-year-old victim.
He was taken to the Saline County Jail where he is being charged with: Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Robbery and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
Two boys, aged 16 and 17, are also charged in the case. Police say after the boys got inside June Dennis' home they took her cane from her, tied her to a chair, put an object in her mouth and taped her mouth closed.
After going through her things, they grabbed her car keys and drove away in her vehicle.
The woman was able to get up and make her way to a phone and call 911 for help. The boys were caught nearby about 30 minutes later.
They are both charged with Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Robbery and Theft of Property.
