The substitute teacher connected to a lap dancing incident at McClellan High School has released an apology.

Through a Freedom of Information request, Little Rock School District leaders handed over a letter from the associate superintendent of human resources, saying Chiquetta Plummer's services as a substitute teacher "will no longer be utilized by the district."

The substitute teacher can't return to any school in the district pending the outcome of this investigation.
