The constant spraying of chemtrails over our city is becoming a serious issue. I have tried to contact state and city government officials and have failed to get a reply about what is going on and why it is being allowed to happen without the public knowing. Over the past year I have taken over 100 photos and several videos of these illegal activities in the skies over Hot Springs, and it seems as if nobody wants to take this topic seriously.
