CABOT, AR -- People cleaning up all day today in Cabot after severe weather caused some damage in the area.

Straight line winds pushed several power lines and trees down, including a large -- 100 year old tree -- at a home on North Jefferson.

The family living there went without power for 15 hours, but that didn't stop them from picking up limbs and leaves in the yard.

Jean Witcher said, "I want to cry. This has to be cleaned up and that's what we've been doing this morning since daylight."

The family is grateful no one was hurt.

They've received quite a bit of help from church friends and neighbors too and expect to be finished cleaning up in 4-5 days.
