Strong, damaging wind gusts along with heavy rainfall and frequent lightning will be the main threats with these storms. Most of the storms will stay North of I-40, but a few scattered storms are also possible as far South as the Little Rock area this afternoon. Little, if any, rain is expected South of Little Rock today. A severe thunderstorm watch is in effect for parts of Northern Arkansas through this afternoon.
