$1 million bond set for man accused of shooting toddler in head

OSCEOLA, AR (KAIT) – An Osceola man is being held on a $1 million bond after police say he pointed a loaded gun at a two-year-old child and pulled the trigger on May 1.

Quinton Hoskins, 23, has been charged with first-degree murder, as well as an endangerment charge, hindering apprehension, and tampering with physical evidence.
