Jewelry heist in Little Rock, 3 suspects wanted

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Police are searching for three unknown suspects involved in a Wednesday night jewelry store robbery. 

Little Rock Police were called just before 8 p.m. to the Jared the Galleria of Jewelry located at 310 S. University Avenue in regards to a robbery. 

According to a 64-year-old female employee, the three suspects entered the store dressed in all black with masks on their faces and armed with black handguns. 

The suspects told everyone to get on the ground and began to smash jewelry cases with a hammer, according to the police report. 

The employee stated that one suspect grabbed her by the hair, pulled her up, put a gun to her back and lead her to the safe. Once in the vault, the suspect told her to open the safe or he was going to kill her. 

The suspect took an unknown amount of jewelry and left with the other suspects. They fled in a 2019 black Dodge Durango in an unknown direction. 

The employee said she wasn’t hurt during the incident and refused medical treatment. 

Five other witnesses were also interviewed by investigators.
