Lot Associates assist customers with the loading of their vehicles and also monitor and maintain the entrance of the store. Lot Associates also are responsible for maintaining a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance of the store. This position interacts with Home Depot associates and customers. Because the Lot Associate is often the first and last associate to interact with customers as they enter or leave the store, customer service plays a vital role in this position. Direct customer interaction is frequently required for some positions and excellent customer service skills are required.

JOB TITLE: Medical Laboratory Scientist I

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Medical Laboratory Scientist 1 is responsible for processing, evaluating patient specimens, and performing tests to identify microorganisms or antigens according to written procedures. The Medical Laboratory Scientist 1 will also record and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly QC in their assigned areas for further review by the supervisor. The Medical Laboratory Scientist 1 is required to maintain safe work practices and engage supervisor, manager, or director as appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs testing of patient samples, interprets, reviews, and prepares patient test results for review by the Supervisor and/or Medical Director. May or may not be trained on all benches, but is progressively increasing in knowledge and experience
  • Maintains all aspects of QC and QA relevant to the CAP certification standards
  • Assist in employee/student training, employee competency assigned
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology
  • ASCP certification or eligible for certification (Must obtain certification with 12 months of hire date)

JOB TITLE: Director of Compliance and Integrity

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Arkansas Department of Human Services is searching for a Director of Compliance and Integrity with the formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, operational management or related field; plus six years of progressively more responsible experience in management of a quality assurance program or a related field, including three years in a professional managerial capacity. The Director of Compliance and Integrity position is responsible for the administrative and operational activities regarding the planning and directing of compliance and integrity investigations for DHS, to include investigations related to the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Programs, Transitional Employment Assistance, and Medicaid.  Two sub-components of this office include both the Internal Affairs and Fraud units.   The Director is responsible for developing and establishing wok priorities, standards of performance, reviewing and approving investigations. Further, this position is responsible for strategically planning for the long-range future including developing the scope, direction and goals of the division.  This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred qualifications include licensed attorney admitted to the Arkansas State Bar in accordance with ACA 16-22-201 and six years of experience in criminal law and trial work, including three years as a prosecuting attorney.  

Occasional in-state travel to attend fact finding meetings, hearings and /or court proceedings. Minimum starting salary of $77,862.
